Platform Use Information
We may record information about your usage, such as when you use the platform, the data you access, your user account and/or name if available, the contacts you communicate with, the frequency and size of data transfers, as well as information you display or click on in any web-site or mobile web-site provided to you (including UI elements, settings, and other information).
If you are logged in, we may associate that information with your account. We may use clear GIFs (a.k.a. “Web Beacons”) in HTML-based emails sent to our users to track which emails are opened by recipients.
We use the information that we collect:
to make navigation of our site easier, by saving you from entering the same information over and over again

to provide you with the content you need
to tune and improve our technology solutions

If you submit personally identifiable information to the CtiPath website, we use your personal information to operate, maintain, and provide to you the general and personalized features and functionality of the CtiPath website, and to process any correspondence you send to us.
We do not use your email address or other personally identifiable information to send commercial or marketing messages without your consent or except as part of a specific program or feature for which you will have the ability to opt-in or opt-out. We may, however, use your email address without further consent for non-marketing or administrative purposes (such as notifying you of major CtiPath website upgrades or changes or for customer service purposes).
We use both your personally identifiable information and certain non-personally-identifiable information (such as anonymous user usage data, cookies, IP addresses, browser type, etc.) to improve the quality and design of the CtiPath website and to create new features, promotions, functionality, and services by storing, tracking, analyzing, and processing user preferences and trends, as well as user activity and communications.
Your Privacy Choices
You may, of course, decline to submit personally identifiable information to the CtiPath website, in which case you can still access many casts and explore the CtiPath website. However, due to this we may not be able to provide certain services to you.
We take all reasonable steps to ensure that any personal information we collect, use or disclose, is accurate, complete and up-to-date.
We will disclose to any person who writes to us the personal information we hold on that person, as well as explaining why we hold information, how we collect it and to whom we disclose information. However, where releasing information would reveal evaluative information generated within our organization as it relates to any commercially sensitive decision-making process, we may give the individual an explanation for the commercially sensitive decision rather than direct access to the information. When we discover that personal information we collect is incorrect, we will immediately take all reasonable steps to correct such information.
Personal information may be disclosed where CtiPath has reason to believe that doing so is necessary to identify or bring legal action against anyone damaging, injuring, or interfering with The platform’s rights, property, users, or anyone else who could be harmed by such activities.
CtiPath will only transfer personal information about an individual to someone in a foreign country, if that company/individual has and/or agrees to observe privacy policies no less stringent than our own privacy policies; also that the individual consents to the transfer unless it is impracticable to obtain the consent of the individual to that transfer.
CtiPath will not collect sensitive information about an individual unless the individual has consented to such collection. However, CtiPath may reveal information when we believe in good faith that the law requires that information. Any information posted on bulletin boards, forums and in chat areas becomes public information.
